Project Overview
River Island Gym includes a fitness center, swimming pool and sauna, indoor skate park, three-story climbing
gym, immersive adventure playground, full-size basketball court, multiple mezzanines with slides and arcade
games, community gathering spaces, and a beverage bar and lounge area.
The layout of the property invites guests to enjoy multiple activities ranging from jungle gym play to challenging
rock climbing routes to aquatic games, interspersed with stops for food, drink, rest, water bottle refill, showers,
and bathrooms.
While each feature and program has its own space, they intentionally overlap and blend, creating a hive of
energy and connection. At its heart, RIG is a cultural crossroads: climbers, skaters, swimmers, and lifters will
feel at home, and so will seniors, curious kids, and anyone simply seeking connection. Whether you’re active or
just along for the ride, RIG invites everyone to gather, play, and belong.
